     Admission Details

HIM International School, Itanagar, has been ranked as Arunachal Pradesh's no. 1 Day-Cum-Residential school in the annual Education World India School Rankings (EWISR) 2024 - 25. FOR ADMISSIONS, KINDLY FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES

ADMISSION TO KINDERGARTEN

  1. Obtain the prospectus and registration form from the school office by personally contacting the office.
  2. Complete the registration form and submit it to the school.
  3. Submission of the filled-up registration form can be done on the same day.
  4. Upon submitting the completed registration form parents along with the child will be called for a counselling session.
  5. After the counselling, the parents will be called for completing the process by paying the first instalment fees and stationaries.

ADMISSION TO GRADE I AND ABOVE

  1. Obtain the prospectus and registration form from the school office by personally contacting the office.
  2. Fill up the registration form and submit it to the school.
  3. Collect the test date and time and the Hall Ticket for entrance test.
  4. Submission of the filled-up registration form and collection of the Hall Ticket can be done on the same day.
  5. Bring the child for the entrance test on the given date and time.
  6. After the admission test (For grade I onwards) the shortlisted children’s parents along with their children will be called for a face to face interaction section.

After the interaction, up on selection of the student (s), the school will contact the parents for completing the admission process by paying the first instalment and stationaries.

  1. Student Birth Certificates
  2. Student’s Report Card from the school where the student had been studying lately.
  1. Transfer Certificate (Original)
  2. Student’s passport size photographs - 5
  3. Parents’ passport size photos (2 each)
  4. Aadhar Card/ Election ID / Passport Copy of the child and of the parents
  5. Complete information of the local guardian if any, including the Aaddhar Card and address

Health Record including the vaccination details of the child.
